Not only did he give me excellent advice, but he told me our deck was in great shape besides that board and didn’t need as much work as I thought it did. Amazing to have someone give you real advice and not try to sell you on more work! He and his crew came that week to fix the deck and I also had them power wash our walkway. Nick responded right away and went to our rental home within days to provide us with an estimate. He even pointed out another issue on the front of our home, which our HOA later contacted us about as well. With the many questions we had about resealing the deck and the outside of the home in general, Nick was always very helpful, communicative and knowledgeable in his responses.
